How To Show Participants In The Gallery View In Zoom Meeting?
To show the participants in the gallery view at different levels of zoom, follow these simple steps:
- Open Zoom Meeting and click on the meeting you would like to join.
- On the bottom left-hand side of your screen, you will see a “Participants” tab. Click on it.
- Underneath the “Participants” tab, you will see two more tabs labeled “Participant List” and “Name.” Click on the “Name” tab, which will allow you to edit each participant’s name. Once clicked, a window will appear with all of your participants’ names listed underneath their images.
- Underneath each person’s name, there are four icons. Click on the fourth icon, which is a magnifying glass.
- This will allow you to zoom in and out of each participant’s image. To change the zoom level, drag the slider left or right. You can also use your mouse wheel to zoom in and out.
- To exit out of the “Name” tab, press “Esc” on your keyboard.
