Hosting an instant meeting through Zoom Desktop Client

To host an instant meeting, you will first need to download and install the Zoom desktop client on your computer.

• Once it has been downloaded and installed, you can launch the Zoom application. Then, click on New Meeting at the top of the screen.
• Now that you have created a new meeting, it will redirect you to this screen.

• If you want to end your instant meeting at any time, click the red “Leave Meeting” button.
• You will then be sent back to the main screen with the ability to schedule more meetings.
